Recover a deleted photo or video
Open Photos, go to Albums or Collections, then Utilities › Recently Deleted. Select the items and tap Recover. Items stay there for 30 days.

Restore contacts after a cleanup
Shiny saves a backup before every contacts cleanup. Open the Contacts tab in Shiny and tap the restore button at the top. Your contacts come back as they were before the last cleanup.
Restore purchases
Sign in with the Apple Account you bought Shiny Pro with. In Shiny, open Extras and tap Restore purchases. The Shiny Pro screen has the same button.
Cancel a subscription
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Shiny. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Shiny Pro stays on until then.
Change Shiny's access to Photos or Contacts
Open Settings › Privacy & Security, then Photos or Contacts, and choose Shiny. Shiny needs full access to Photos to compare your whole library.
Ask for a refund
Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
